MFDS is an internationally recognised dental qualification, which demonstrates completion of foundation/basic postgraduate dental training. It enables dental graduates to demonstrate the acquisition of knowledge; understanding and clinical competence that will have been obtained during Dental Foundation Training. The MFDS consists of Part 1 and Part 2 exams. Candidates will normally be allowed a maximum of five years in which to complete all parts, but will need to pass Part 1 before progressing to Part 2.
This revision course is an intensive revision course for people who have just started studying for their MFDS part 1 as well as those who are about to take their exam. The course covers key topics to prepare candidates for MFDS Part 1 exam, which consists of 150 Single Best Answer (SBA) questions within a single three-hour paper. The questions of the MFDS Part1 exam carry equal marks. The exam is not negatively marked and there are no trick questions. Over 1,200 relevant questions will be covered, solved and discussed during the course.
